Regina's Food Truck has founded itself in providing premier authentic Mexican food to Southeast Detroit. Our menu offers customers rich and flavorful dishes such as authentic tacos, tamales, fresh salsas, guacamole and more that will bring the true taste of authentic Mexican cuisine to metro Detroit.

ABOUT REGINA
Regina grew up with her family in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Being the second largest city in Mexico, Guadalajara is widely known for its vibrant culture, friendly people, and outstanding Mexican food.
As a young girl, Regina enjoyed the authentic dishes of Guadalajara every day with her family. Many of her traditions revolved around authentic meals and dishes that we prepared and enjoyed together. Once moving to Troy, Michigan with her mom and brother at the age of seven, she became passionate about bringing along her traditions of Guadalajara to share among new friends and acquaintances.
Regina graduated from Hope college in 2016. At the age of 23, she decided to embark on a journey to share her family dishes and Mexican traditions by opening up Regina's Food Truck.
Since then, Regina has made it her mission to provide the same experiences she enjoyed as a little girl to the local community of Southeast, Michigan through her passion for Regina’s Food Truck.

Regina's Food Truck originates from the second largest city in Mexico, Guadalajara. The city is rich in culture and flavor, bursting with some of the most premier authentic Mexican dining experiences. Regina's Food Truck is inspired by the city's divine Mexican dishes, and promises to bring the flavors to the people of Southeast, Michigan.
